ASSESSMENT OF THE ACTUAL STATE OF THE INNER MURA SECTION

The aim of this study was to analyse the hydrological and hydromorphological status of the inner Mura River section between Radenci and Gibina and to prepare a comparison between the water levels of the groundwater at Mursko polje and at Prekmursko polje as well as to compare the changes of the Mura River’s water level with the changes of the groundwater level. We adopted the same approach as when analysing the current state of the Mura River border section. All processing and analyses were based on existing measured data. The analyses have been performed based on measured input data and as such do not represent the results of mathematical modelling.
